Standard Vibration test is performed on all blowers and impeller assemblies. The Assemblies are rigidly held and with the use of high- tech and high-end equipment having very high sensitivity vibration level of the Impeller, the motor bearing vibrations and the miss- alignment of the motor shaft and the Impeller can be detected.
In addition to this we also determine the decremental resonant frequencies by measuring the vibration level of the fan at decremental speed. More over FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) analysis is done to determine the natural frequency of the system and impeller.
